The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of various members of 8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Women Owned Small Business (WOSB), and Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) to compete and perform a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The type of solicitation to be issued will depend upon the responses to this sources sought synopsis. The vendor must be capable of furnishing new Pad Mount Transformers and deliver to ERDC at 3909 Halls Ferry Rd., Vicksburg, Mississippi, 39180. FOB is Destination. Statement of Work Summary: The USACE Engineer and Development Center (ERDC) in Vicksburg, MS has a requirement to remove all live front pad mount transformers from service. In order to do so, eight new pad mount transformers must be purchased. The transformer specifications will be outlined in the Requirements Description.
