The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Systems Technology Forum Ltd. for MUOS Professional P/N: MP and MUOS Planner/Manager for item listed under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b).
