Electron Gun Vacuum Chamber

Electron Gun Vacuum Chamber Requirements: Vacuum chamber needed for dedicated electron gun chamber to connect to Mumbo for high energy (up to 200 keV) electron beam. Requirement is for one (1) cylindrical vacuum chamber with ¼" steel wall thickness. 30" inner diameter, 36" length cylinder with one door Two 8" conflat ports on top, one in the middle and one close to the door end (4" - 12" from end, prefer 6"-8"). One 4.5" conflat port on the bottom in the center. Two 6" conflat ports and one 2.75" conflat on one side (side A) with the 2.75" port between the two 6" ports. One 8" conflat port 30 degrees above the 2.75" port on Side A. Two 2.75" conflat ports and one 2.75" conflat on the other side with the 6" port between the others. One 10" conflat on the dome end, 3" above centerline with axis parallel to centerline. One 6" conflat on door, in line with 10" conflat on dome. All ports should extend a minimum of 2" from chamber wall (between wall and back of flange) with the 10" conflat extending a minimum of 4". All ports should have fixed, though-hole mounting. Inside the chamber we'd like a mounted table, 2" above bottom, on rails so it could slide partially out of the chamber (minimum 16" sliding distance) to work on the equipment. Table size (min) 12" x 28", with 1/4-20 tapped holes for mounting equipment (similar to optical breadboards), holes spaced on 2" grid
