INTRODUCTION The Naval Air Warfare Center - Aircraft Division (NAWC-AD) at Patuxent River, MD announces its intention to procure, on a brand name/limited source basis, for cable/wire totaling 5,000 feet each of the 20 AWG, 22 AWG, and 24 AWG Orange Cable; 1000 feet of 14 AWG and 16 AWG cables. It is a market research tool being used to determine potential sources capable of providing the support described herein prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of a Request for Proposal. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this synopsis.
