The purpose of this Source Sought Synopsis is to seek out interested businesses capable of fulfilling this product requirement. The Regional Contracting Office Parris Island is performing market research to determine available sources that can provide Mechanical Screenin System . See the below salient characteristics. Salient Characteristics: - Provide a complete screening system per contract drawings to include 150 linear feet of 7' high, .190 5052-H32 aluminum screen. Perforate panels to the design provided. Total screen panel face 1,050sf. (28) 10’ steel "I" beam posts, panel mounting per drawings; post dimensions and tolerances to be verified by manufacturer. - (2) 7' high, .190 5052-H32 aluminum gates. Perforate gate panels to the design provided. - (2) 6"x6"x10' steel gate posts to support double 5' swing gates for 10' opening . Total gate panel face: 70 sf. Include all gate hardware per drawings including locking, hinging, and castor wheels. - Provide aluminum alpha-numeric and insignia graphics per drawings including concealed mounting hardware. - All surfaces painted with two-coats of Kynar paint (color per drawings). Provide matching in-field touch-up paint. - (180) sf of palletized dry concrete. - (28) 12" dia. x 4' concrete forms. - (2) 16" dia. x 4' concrete forms. In addition, interested vendors shall provide the following information: 1. Is your business a small business under this NAICS code? 2. Refer to the attached draft Performance Work Statement and respond base on the ability to provide those technical requirements. 3. Are the services available under a GSA/FSS contract? If so, please provide the contract number. 4. Cage code and DUNS number. Cage code and DUNS number must be registered in System for Award Management (https://www.sam.gov) 5. Provide a contractor capabilities statement and electronic business card. There is not a defined requirement yet and this Sources Sought is for market research and information purposes only.
