Subject: Sources Sought for Plumbing Supplies Agreement (BPA) Point of Contact: Gary Weir Contracting Officer, 509-527-7223, [email protected] Description of the Requirement: The Walla Walla District Corps of Engineers is seeking local, statewide, and throughout continental US, small business concerns to provide Plumbing Supplies in support of the entire Walla Walla District, to include all Dams and National Resource Centers. The Government contemplates a BPA to provide these needed supplies. It is anticipated that the Government will establish several BPAs to order supplies on a continuous repetitive need from vendors who respond to this Sources Sought Notice. All small businesses are encouraged to respond. Upon review of industry response to this Sources Sought Synopsis, the Government will determine whether a set-aside acquisition in lieu of full and open competition is in the Government's best interest. The appropriate NAICS Code is 326191; size standard is 500 personnel. THIS SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. It is a market research tool being used to determine the availability and adequacy of potential sources prior to determining the acquisition strategy. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this announcement. The BPA for supplies shall be set up for use for all needed calls for delivery of supplies. This BPA may be executed 7 days a week 24 hours a day. The vendor who can meet the ordering officer delivery schedule and has the lowest price will be awarded the call. The vendor shall place the order upon completion of the call. Vendor shall provide the following; It is requested that interested sources submit to the Contracting Office a brief capabilities statement package demonstrating ability to provide requested supplies as identified in this survey. This documentation shall address, as a minimum. The following: (1) Company profile: Provide number of employees, office location(s), DUNS number, CAGE Code, and statement regarding small business designation and status. (2) Relevant Experience: A short paragraph providing relevant experience performing efforts of similar scope and duration within the last 24 months, including contract number, contract value, Government/Agency point of contact and current telephone number. (3) Schedule of Supplies: Provide a list of supplies that your organization can offer under this BPA if a call was placed. This is not a solicitation.
