This is an FBO Request for Information for a tentative requirement to provide 3Form Varia Ecoresin panels for the VA/DOD Monterey Healthcare facility in Monterey, California. As part of Market Research, NCO 21 is issuing this RFI to determine if there exists an adequate number of qualified interested contractors/vendors capable of providing the 3Form Varia Ecoresin panels, cut sheets, as well as the hardware. The Government may use the responses to this RFI for information and planning purposes. The draft CLIN described herein are only the currently contemplated products and specifications, and may vary from the products and specifications in any final Request for Quote (RFQ). A Request for Quote using the following NAICS is contemplated: 326130 CLIN 001: (2) 48" x 72" panels side by side with Versa Hardware. Product Line: Varia Ecoresin Style: Ensign Guage: ½" Face Finish: Sandstone Back Finish: Sandstone Size: 48.0 x 96.0 Material Direction: Pattern parallel to the 96" side CLIN 002: (2) 48" x 72" Single panels with Versa Hardware. Product Line: Varia Ecoresin Style: Flaxen Color (Scale A, PMS White Opaque) SO-339200.0 Guage: ½" Face Finish: Sandstone Back Finish: Sandstone Size: 48.0 x 96.0 This RFI is only for identifying potential sources as part of NCO 21's Market Research. No RFQ exists. Responses to this RFI are not quotes on which the agency can issue any contracts. Responses to the RFI will not be returned. Do not submit pricing information in response to this RFI. There is no commitment by the Government to issue an RFQ, make award or awards, or to be responsible for any monies expended by industry responses to this RFI.
