Product Manager-Soldier Clothing and Individual Equipment (PM-SCIE) and Natick Soldier Research, Development and Engineering Center (NSRDEC) are conducting a market investigation to identify Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) registered firms who can provide production capabilities to factory permethrin treat and test Military garments. The factory treated garments shall meet the following: Attached Appendix A includes all Requirements Attached Appendix B includes all Baseline Fabrics The treatment of FR ACUs commonly entails (1) receiving boxed coats or trousers from garment manufacturers, (2) applying permethrin, (3) attaching appropriate garment and packaging labels, and (4) re-boxing coats or trousers for shipment. Using information in Table II - Garment, Uniform, Packaging/Shipping, and Pricing Investigation, interested firms shall provide required pricing and if suitable, provide desired pricing information for each garment and/or uniform under the specified delivery quantities within twenty (20) calendar days following the publication of this notice. Attached Appendix C includes chart should be used for replying to this RFI Interested firms shall include company information point of contact (name, title, electronic mail, and phone number), mailing and website addresses, and EPA Registration number.
