Sources Sought Notice for Building Alterations Services at HUD Headquarters and Satellite Office Space in Washington DC

NOTE: Responses are due by 4:00pm Eastern on Wednesday, June 17th, 2015. Please review the attachment for specific information regarding what should be included in the response. The purpose of this Sources Sought/Request for Information (RFI) is to help HUD identify the firms capable of providing the full range of space alterations services as established in the draft Statement of Work included herein, and to determine the availability and capability of qualified small businesses (including Small Business Administration Certified 8(a) companies; firms in Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZone); Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned small businesses; Women-Owned small businesses; and federally recognized Native American entity 8(a) businesses). This RFI is being issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 10, Market Research. It is for information, planning and market research purposes only and shall not be construed as either a solicitation or obligation on the part of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
