Solicitation Notice: Provide materials and services necessary to Replace Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS), Canfield Hall (Bldg. 229), U. S. Coast Guard Training Center Yorktown, Virginia. The work includes, but is not limited to, replacing exterior insulation and finish system on Canfield Hall and incidental related work. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with Specification for Project K05011 and Drawings for Project K05011 (Sheets 1 through 8). All work shall be completed within 150 calendar days after Award. THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR THE HISTORICALLY UNDERUTILIZED BUSINESS ZONE (HUBZONE) SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS.
