Sources Sought for Repair Air Handling Unit

*This is for market research purposes only* The current Air Handling Unit is a McQuay air handler Model No. CAH030FDAC, Serial No. 98H0089400. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to modify the existing air handling unit in building 340 at F.E. Warren AFB. The work includes, but is not limited to the following features: replace the main air handler unit heating coils with two Daiken Applied Model 5WB0601C coil sets or equivalent that will work with current system. Flush the heating water system and refill. Replace the pressure gauges on the inlet and outlet side of the heating coils. Finally, install an X-POT6 filtration and dosing unit or equivalent for the heating water system. Include all associated gauges, valves, pipe, insulation, and fittings.
