The purpose of this Request for Offer is to seek competent and qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, insurance, notifications, license, permits, fees and supervision necessary to Design and Fabricate a 13’ wide x 13’ long x 9’ high Concrete Masonry Unit (CMU) building in support of the NEXRAD on site in Kauai, HI, in accordance with the specifications, contract clauses, terms, conditions and wage rates. Please note the specific requirements as detailed in the Statement of Work and drawings. This is a Small Business Set Aside. Small businesses competing for this acquisition shall certify their status on the Business Declaration form inserted following Part IV, Section K.
