The FAA Eastern Service Area, AAQ-510ATL Acquisition Office, has a new construction effort for the Temporary Control Room Renovation on the Technical Support Building (TSB) at the San Juan CERAP, Carolina, Puerto Rico. This procurement is offered to all qualified, responsive concerns and offers will be considered under full and open competition among the qualified responsive offerors who meet the requirements outline in Section L of the solicitation. The lowest price, technically acceptable source selection process will be used to meet FAA’s best value criteria.
