The purpose of this Request for Offers is to seek competent and qualified contractors to perform all work for sealing leaking windows and replacing failed caulking in accordance with all contract clauses, wage rates, specifications and drawings. Site Visit: A site visit is OPTIONAL, however the FAA encourages offerors to inspect the sites where the work will be performed.
