William J Hughes Technical Center Construction and Related Services Qualified Vendor List

**The purpose of this announcement is to post answers to questions received in response to the WJHTC Construction Qualified Vendor List Request for Qualifications. See Attachment 3 - Q&A. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Center Operations Division at the William J. Hughes Technical Center is updating the established Qualified Vendor List (QVL) for construction services which will allow new vendors to qualify in the following areas: Category 1 - General Construction Category 2 - Mechanical/HVAC/Plumbing/Fire Suppression Category 3 - Electrical Category 4 - Telecommunications The attached QVL SIR documents describe the FAA's specific requirements. Vendors are encouraged to pay particular attention to the specifications listed in the Attachments to this announcement. All questions pertaining to this announcement must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] by 3 PM EST November 16, 2018. Responses to questions will be provided to all vendors as an amendment to this announcement prior to the due date for receipt of submissions. Vendors must be classified as a small business under NAICS 236220 and be located within 65 miles of the William J Hughes Technical Center at the time of QVL submission, for the duration of the QVL, and at the time of award of any contract under the QVL.
