The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement to replace the old CRG LOC shelter with a new shelter, upgrade electrical service, salvage & reinstall electronic equipment and, dress up the gravel road located at the Craig Field Executive Airport, Jacksonville, FL. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials (unless noted otherwise in the contract documents), and specialized equipment as necessary to perform the work described in the Statement of Work. It is anticipated that a firm-fixed-price type construction contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation.
