The purpose of this Request for Offer is to seek competent and qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, insurance, notifications, license, permits, fees and supervision necessary for the Replacement of the VASI with the construction of a PAPI at R/W32, at the Medford Airport, located in Medford, OR, in accordance with the specifications, contract clauses, terms, conditions and wage rates. This is an SEDB 8(a)Set Aside. Small businesses competing for this acquisition shall certify their status on the Business Declaration form inserted following Part IV, Section K. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 236210, Industrial Building Construction.
