Hughes Technical Center in Pomona, NJ. This is also the announcement for the mandatory site visit (date and time shown below) in conjunction with the SIR/RFP. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred for attendance at the site visit or preparing responses to this announcement. Therefore, any costs associated with the site visit or response to the RFP is solely at the interested vendor's expense. This procurement is set-aside for Small Businesses. The principle North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this effort is 236210 “Industrial Building Construction� with a size standard of $33.5 million. This procurement has an anticipated dollar threshold range between $150,000 and $200,000.00. All potential vendors must be registered in the https://www.sam.gov for consideration of this award. A MANDATORY Site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, August 27, 2013 at 9:00 am EST. The site visit is at the Federal Aviation Administration William J. Hughes Technical Center, located next to Atlantic City International Airport, Pomona, New Jersey. You will need to check in at security (Security Operations Center, Building 320, directly outside the Main Gate), so please allow plenty of time for processing.
