This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government at this time. The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Medical clinic located at Viera has a need to replace the Sussman steam generator model CAS30KW with a brand name or equal 30 KW unit. This is located at the surgery Department at Viera OPC at 2900 Veterans Way Viera FL, 32940. This notice is intended strictly for market research purposes only to determine if full and open competition solicitation is appropriate. The intent is to find qualified businesses relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 221330 (Steam and Air-Conditioning Supply) for a firm-fixed price 1 year contract. Potential sources are to respond by email at [email protected] no later than February 06, 2017 at 4pm Eastern Time, and provide the following information: a. The Contractor shall provide the information on section D of the scope of work. b. The Contractor shall provide detailed description of product if the item provided is an equal; response shall identify manufacturer and include parts list, along with details on how such item(s) match or exceed the salient characteristics. c.
