The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Hudson Valley Health Care System, is conducting a market research to find qualified vendors to provide the following item for the Montrose Campus: " Delivering 20,000 US gallons of fuel product to the Montrose Campus. The fuel product must be ultra low sulfur #2 heating fuel that complies with New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) regulation 6NYCRR 225-1.2(h) limiting the sulfur content of #2 fuel to 0.0015% (15 ppm) by weight. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 454310. Responses to this notice must be submitting in writing via email and must be received no later than June 1, 2015. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources for this procurement relative to NAICS 454310. Qualified offerors shall be experienced in addition to providers (sellers) capable of supporting this facility. Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Responses to this notice should include company/individual name, a service capability statement, examples of similar facilities which you have provided services to (a capabilities statement), DUNS number, address, point of contact.
