This Request for Information (RFI) is for market research purposes. Various Department of Defense (DoD) installations, through the office of DLA Energy, are seeking information from interested parties concerning competitive retail electricity supply in the state of Virginia. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this RFI are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
