- Project Description: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, tools and equipment necessary for the purchase of stone to the Upper Wabash Projects, in accordance with these specifications. Stone shall be provided from a source that produces Class A aggregates as classified by the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT), 2012 Standard Specifications Section 904. - Type of Action: IDIQ Contract - Estimated Advertisement Date: 10 December 2014 - Estimated Award Date: 20 January 2015 - Estimated Performance Period: Base Year: Date of Award - 31 December 2015; Option Years extend till 31 December 2017 - Estimated Cost: Base: $360,000 Total: $715,000 - Criteria: a. Projects similar in scope to this project include: Stone procurement of stone to Lake sites in the Upper Wabash Project Area. b. Projects similar in size to this project include: Stone procurement of $360,000 worth of stone annually. c. Projects similar in dollar value to this project include: Stone Procurement total dollar value of approximately $14,000 to $360,000. - Based on the definitions above, for each project submitted, include: a. Current percentage of construction complete and the date when it was or will be completed. b. Scope of the project. c. Size of the project. d. Dollar value of the project. e. The portion and percentage of the project that was self preformed.
