Sources sought to test the viability of using grazing as a vegetative management tool at Makua Military Reservation and other Army training lands in Hawaii. The scope of this project includes erecting fencing on approximately 100 acres of grassland t o be grazed by sheep and/or cattle only on a rotational basis over the course of the contract. Sheep and/or cattle and their subsequent care will be provided by and the responsibility of the contractor.
