Issuance of Amendment #0003 to Solicitation No. FA4484-16-R-0009 for Fieldcraft Support Services at JB MDL. Effective February 9, 2016, the Air Force's (AF) requirement has substantially changed since the subject solicitation was issued. As a result, the AF is cancelling the solicitation, revising its requirement in accordance with current needs, and issuing a new solicitation.
