The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, has a requirement for Instructional Services in support of the FAA Academy (AMA-002) Training Solutions Team. The FAA contemplates award of an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type contract for a 1-year base period with four 1-year option periods. Your attention is directed to Sections L and M of Screening Information Request (SIR)/Request for Offer (RFO) 6973GH-20-R-00168 for instructions for preparation and submission of proposals. Please read the Solicitation and all other attached documentation in it's entirety. The FAA has determined that this procurement will be set aside for either SDB or SDVOSB. The NAICS code applicable to this requirement is 611519 Other Technical and Trade School. The business size standard for this NAICS is $15.0 million. Contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management, www.sam.gov on the date established for receipt of offers (November 27, 2020). Reference AMS Clause 3.3.1-33, paragraph (d), “if the offeror does not become registered in the SAM database in the time prescribed by the Contracting Officer, the Contracting Officer may proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered Offeror.” Proposals must be received electronically by the FAA Contracting Officer,
