CAPTA: National Quality Improvement Center on Preventing the Abuse and Neglect of Infants and Young Children

The purpose of this program announcement is to award a cooperative agreement to establish a National Quality Improvement Center (QIC) on Preventing the Abuse and Neglect of Infants and Young Children. The QIC will work to improve the social, physical, behavioral, cognitive, and emotional well-being of children zero to five years old, and their families, who are at risk of abuse and neglect, including those infants and young children impacted by substance abuse and/or HIV/AIDS.
