Grounds Maintenance Services at Hopkinton Lake, Hopkinton, NH and Everett Lake, Weare, NH

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a solicitation for Grounds Maintenance Services at the Hopkinton Lake in Hopkinton, New Hampshire and the Everett Lake in Weare, New Hampshire. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all equipment, materials, transportation, and labor to perform the grounds maintenance services at the Hopkinton Lake and Everett Lake Projects. The grounds maintenance services include a spring and fall clean-up, mulching, and weekly and monthly mowing in the specified areas at the Hopkinton Lake Project area, the Everett Lake Project area, and the Hopkinton Lake Recreation Area, known as Elm Brook Park. Services are to be provided in accordance with the performance work statement and schedule. The Period of Performance will be for one (1) base year and two (2) option years. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $8 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
