THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to mow and trim approximately 0.3 acre of fine lawn weekly; mow and trim approximately 4.66 acres of semi-fine lawn every other week; clean-up and mulch 2 flower gardens twice a year, and provide spring and fall clean-up around the project at the Franklin Falls Dam Recreation Areas in Franklin, Bristol and New Hampton, New Hampshire. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $8 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.
