[The Proposal Due Date and Time is for 5 MAR 2021 at 11:00 AM ET - There is a system issue right now with betaSAM] The Contractor shall provide EEO investigative support services utilizing EEOC certified investigators to assist with the processing and investigation of FEMA EEO complaints of discrimination filed against FEMA or its recipients of Federal financial assistance, on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, religion, disability, and/or retaliation for protected EEO activity, which may also include complaints filed on the basis of economic status, limited English proficiency, sexual orientation, genetic information, and parental status.
