8(a) Custodial NSWC Carderock

Except where otherwise stated, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to provide the services outlined below and described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This is a performance-based contract that is comprised of both Recurring Work and Non-Recurring Work Items. The work shall be performed at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock, West Bethesda, MD.
