Extend the date for ProjNet inquiries on page 67 of 68, paragraph 7). from "third business day preceding the solicitation due date" to "two business days preceding the solicitation due date" (Revise page 67 of 86 attached). Remove and Replace Page 67. Offerors are to acknowledge this amendment and include a copy with your proposal. The solicitation due date remain unchanged. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
