The Contractor must provide, by issued Task Orders (TOs), all management, supervision, labor, facilities, and materials necessary to perform support services on an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330 Engineering Services and the size standard is $16.5 million. This requirement is for a Single Award, Time and Material (T&M) Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite- Quantity (IDIQ) contract and is structured and managed by Acquisition Management System (AMS) policy and guidance for TO contract. This competitive procurement will be a unrestricted award utilizing Best Value Trade-Off procedures. The FAA will award an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Time and Material (T&M) contract with a period of performance not to exceed 60 months (5 years). They will be answered in an Amendment to the SIR if deemed necessary for all interested parties to consider. Otherwise, an email response would be initiated to the party submitting the inquiry.
