W -- Lease of Commercial Vehical; Mini-Van

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation N62766-04-Q-9901 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). All incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-09. The NACIS Code is 53211. This solicitation is 100% Small Business set-aside. Quotation shall include labor, equipment, materials, tools, instruments, transportation and supervision necessary to lease one Mini-Van. Quotations shall reflect prices for the basic year; twelve months from date of award, and two twelve-month option years. The RFQ including the SF1449, pricing schedule, Statement of Work, and all applicable clauses and provisions can be located at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. The following clauses and provisions apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial; FAR 52.212-2/Evaluation-Commercial Items to include addendums to this provision; offeror must submit the completed SF1449, bid schedule, past performance information(3 references), and a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3/Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial with their proposal. This acquisition is unrated in accordance with the Defense Priorities and Allocations System.
