Workman's Comp Processing

The purpose of this modification is to correct a modification as of May 11, in which a revised RFP was posted, which had some minor changes, and which adjusted the priority of the evaluation factors on Pages E-2 and E-3. The changes submitted in this amendment only apply and are only required by offerors who submitted a proposal by the due date of March 31, 2009.
