SOLICITATION NUMBER: W912PF26RA002 TYPE OF CONTRACT : The 414TH Contracting Support Brigade, Vicenza, Italy anticipates soliciting and awarding a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC). CHANGE TO THIS NOTICE The ordering capacity of the SATOC is not-to-exceed $40,000,000 for the life of the contract. The planned duration for this contract is a total of five (5) years. with a renewal of the JOB Order Contract Unit Pricebook lists in accordance with JOB ORDER CONTRACT UNIT PRICEBOOK EUROPE DISTRICT - 2025 As per new attachment part of this amended Pre-Solicitation Notice. The Contract will end upon completion of the first five-year period or upon reaching the $40,000.000 ceiling. Individual projects issued under the SATOC will contain their own estimated values. The task orders will primarily address general building renovation, road and pavement repair, and general environmental work. This work includes, but is not limited to, incidental new minor construction, excavation, plumbing, demolition, electrical, structural, mechanical, concrete work, force protection, and environmental remedial work. The work will be priced and executed using the JOB ORDER CONTRACT UNIT PRICEBOOK EUROPE DISTRICT - 2025. Each task order will also have an EPA adjustment if needed of the JOB ORDER CONTRACT UNIT PRICEBOOK EUROPE DISTRICT - 2025 .
