PRM will prioritize currently available funding for proposed NGO activities that best meet the Bureaus priorities in Chad, Cameroon, and the CAR as identified below: Country Specific Instructions: (1) Chad Proposals should focus on Sudanese refugees in the 12 camps in eastern Chad and/or Central African refugees in the 9 camps in southern Chad. Proposals may include work in the following areas: primary health care, primary and secondary education, community services including prevention of gender-based violence, livelihoods, humanitarian air services, and humanitarian information services. (2) Cameroon Proposals should focus on Central African refugees residing in eastern Cameroon. Proposals may include work in the following: assistance efforts that enhance protection, health, water and sanitation, and food security. (3) Central African Republic Proposals should focus on activities needed to complete the transfer of Sudanese refugees to the Bambari area or on new refugee arrivals from the Democratic Republic of Congo.
