Mission Installation Contracting Command - Knox intends to issue a request for quotations (RFQ) for a 6x4 heavy equipment transport truck for the Ft Knox Natural Resources Branch to move a variety of heavy off-road equipment. This solicitation will be solicited as unrestricted; all responsible and responsive businesses may submit an offer for consideration. A firm fixed price purchase order will be awarded. NAICS 333924 (Size Standard: 750 employees) applies to this procurement. The RFQ will be posted to the FedBizOpps website at http://www.fbo.gov on or about 28 August 2015 with offers due on or about 17 September 2015. These dates are subject to change. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. Solicitation mailing list will not be compiled and the RFQ and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. All documentation can and must be downloaded from the website above. Anticipated award date will be on or about 30 September 2015. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award of a contract.
