All potential vendors visiting from outside of New England are very strongly encouraged to obtain a COVID-19 test within 1 week of the visit. The purpose of this procurement is to furnish and install all supplies, supervision, labor, materials, tools and equipment, safety, quality control, mobilization and demobilization to perform a repair by replacement of specified refrigeration equipment at the Ice Engineering Facility (IEF) Research Area (RA) at the US Army Corps of Engineers Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (CRREL), Hanover, New Hampshire.
