RFQ VA259-13-Q-0741 is issued to assist with establishing a committed source of supply for the distribution and supply of medical-grade liquid bulk oxygen to the VA Salt Lake City Health Care System, which is located within VA Health Care Network (VISN 19). Contract period shall be October 1, 2012, or date of award, through March 31, 2013. Any contract awarded under the solicitation will include one (1) six month option period which may be exercised by the Government. This is a small business set-aside acquisition and the solicitation will be issued using the Request for Quotation (RFQ) process. Registration at http://www.ccr.gov (CCR) is required in order to be eligible for award of Government contracts.
