E -- Design/Furnish Timber Snowmobile Bridges

The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service (AAIHS) has a Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity requirement for drafting services with intentions to establish individual Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with multiple sources. BPA’s will be established for a base period of 12 months with two 1-yr options for renewals. Individual Task Orders will be issued using the simplified acquisition procedures against the BPA’s as the need for services arise. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Produce civil plan drawings for water, sewer and solid waste facility construction projects; typical items to be provided by contractor are 24” x 36” and 11” x 17” size plan cover sheets on IHS drawing border, community system layout sheet to scale with digital aerial photo image back-ground (image to be provided by IHS), right-of-way map, plan and profile drawings, cross-sections, cut and fill calculations, and IHS standard detail sheets. Other products to be provided by the contractor include, but not limited to, electronic copies of drawings on CD-ROM, multiple copies of plan sets on Mylar and paper. Contractor shall possess all computer equipment, plotters, hardware, software, supplies, office space; provide all labor, supervision and all other necessary items required to provide aforementioned products. In addition to meeting the minimum qualifications contractor must be located within at least a 2 hr. driving time from the IHS Albuquerque and Santa Fe District Offices and the following Indian Reservations in New Mexico and Southern Colorado, Acoma, Laguna, Isleta, Sandia, Santa Ana, Zia, Jemez, Mescalero, and Zuni (served by Albuquerque Office); San Felipe, Santo Domingo, Cochiti, Tesuque, Pojoaque, Nambe, San Ildefonso, Santa Clara, San Juan, Picuris, Taos, Jicarilla, Southern Ute and Ute Mountain Ute (served by Santa Fe Office).
