This solicitation will replace AG-4419-S-10-0481. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project consists of pre-construction, demolition, and re-construction of one existing toilet site and pre-construction and re-construction of one new toilet site at Sarah’s Creek Campground in the Chattooga River Ranger District. PROJECT LOCATION: The area known as Sarah’s Creek Campground covers over 100 acres. It is located in the northeastern corner of Rabun County, Georgia. From Clayton, go east on Warwoman Road (Ga. Hwy.28 There are two sites within this campground that will covered within the Scope of Work. ESTIMATE COST RANGE: between $25,000 - $100,000 SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS, SPECIFICATIONS AND DRAWINGS: The solicitation, AG-4419-S-10-0668 is now available for downloading from the website address at: http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. All vendors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award of a contract, http://www.ccr.gov/. Response date clarification: The response date for this solicitation is 26 May 2010 at 1600hrs. This date takes precedence over the 21 May date listed on SF 1442.
