BLM has a requirement to fulfill, this is known as the North Spring Creek Fencing Project PHASE 1. Spring Creek Fire destroyed an existing BLM/Private boundary fence. This fence was located in the Paradise Acres Subdivision area. The fence serve as allotment boundaries and contain permitted livestock grazing on BLM lands identified as the West Pass Creek Allotment #05713 and is 1 mile. Last Day for questions: 9/9/2020 @ 2pm.
