General Scope : Work shall include, but is not limited to general construction, alterations, structural and plumbing construction and certain other items, drawings and specifications sections for building 15 at Hampton, VA Medical Center. Contract Duration: 120 calendar days from notice to proceed (NTP) Estimated magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000 NAICS: 238120-Structural Steel and Precast Concrete Contractors Size Standard: $16.5 Million This solicitation is anticipated to be an open market, service-disabled veteran owned small business set aside (SDVOSB). Solicitation material will be available on/about May 4, 2021. Any specifications, drawings and amendments will be posted on this web site. Proposals will be due approximately 30 days after issuance of the solicitation.
