R1 - IMAT - Idaho Panhandle National Forests - Lake Elsie Developed Site Rehab

Coeur d'Alene River Ranger District, Idaho Panhandle National Forests, Shoshone County, Idaho. DESCRIPTION: This project includes campground rehabilitation, clearing and grubbing, installing boulders as blockages, decompacting areas, designate campsites both walk0in sites and sites allowing car parking/camping. Designate fish stocking area with boulders and gate installation. Designate and decompact day use areas adjacent to the lake. Work also includes reconstruction of road past the vault toilet, placing borrow embankment and aggregate surfacing, temporary traffic control, and turf establishment. Furnish all labor, material, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies necessary to complete the work according to the contract. Estimated start date is July 15, 2011 and complete by September 15, 2011. This project is a total HUBZone SBC set-aside. The estimated price range for this acquisition is $25,000 to $100,000.
