The USPFO for NH, located at Pease Air National Guard Base (ANGB), Newington, NH, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to award a single firm fixed-price contract for Construction of KC-46A ADAL Airfield Pavements & Hydrant Systems AND Repair Aircraft Parking Apron, Pease ANGB, Newington, NH. Construction services will consist of minor earthwork and grading; Fueling system repair and construction; Pavement demolition and repair of Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) and asphaltic pavements; and Airfield striping and marking. In addition to a base price for the work describe above the solicitation includes Government Options for this project. 1. Includes the removal of existing airfield markings and remarking of the southern half of the main parking apron to compliment the proposed parking plan. 2. Includes the demolition of the existing connector taxiway between the main parking apron and the quad apron. Work also includes final grading and restoration of turf/grass. Magnitude of the project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Construction/contract completion time is ready for occupancy not later than November 1, 2018 and final closeout documents, inspection, and punch list not later than December 31, 2018.The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 237120.
