AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT PROCUREMENT. THIS IS RE-ISSUANCE OF RFP VA-241-10-RA-0124 UNDER NEW RFP NUMBER VA-241-10-RA-0209 POSTED ON FEBRUARY 1, 2010. NO REQUIREMENTS HAVE CHANGED FROM THE ORIGINAL SOLICITATION. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Togus VA Medical Center, 1 VA Center, Augusta, Maine has a requirement for Construction Services to Construct Private Bathrooms and Showers for Inpatient Wards in Building 200. This acquisition is a Competitive, 100% Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. Contractor must be registered in vetbiz.gov. The applicable NAICS Code is 236220 with a size standard of $33.5 Million. Estimated Price Range is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Contract period is estimated to be 455 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Requests for site visits must be made to Contracting Officer.
