The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment and supervision necessary to completely prepare site for building operations including demolition and removal of existing structures and furnish labor and materials and perform work for Renovate Ward 1B as required by the drawings and specifications at the Tennessee Valley Healthcare System, VA Medical Center, 3400 Lebanon Road, Murfreesboro, TN 37129 in accordance with the specifications and drawings.
