S--The requirements consist in the annual supply of electricity and natural gas methane.

LOCATION OF SUPPLY: 1. Supply of Electricity for Caserma Carlo Ederle and Housing Area (Villaggio della Pace) in Vicenza, installation of Longare (Vicenza), ASP #7, Tormeno (Vicenza), Lerino (Vicenza), Monte Rubbio Bassano (VI), Torricelle (Verona) and Giais Cao Malnisio (Pordenone); various leased quarters in the province of Vicenza and Padova 2. Supply of natural gas for the Caserma Carlo Ederle and Housing Area (Villaggio della Pace) in Vicenza and various leased quarters in the Province of Vicenza. CONTRACTS PERFORMANCE PERIOD: One period of twelve (12) months. ESTIMATED ANNUAL CONSUMPTION: 1. Electricity: 44.000.000 kilowatt-hour 2. Natural Gas Methane 8.800.000 Cubic meter EVALUATION PROCESS: Award will be made to the Lowest Price. The award criteria will be established in the solicitation. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The solicitation package will be provided only to those offerors that are interested to participate to this acquisition. PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE: The pre-proposal conference will be conducted tentatively during the second and the third week of September 2012.
