The purpose of this requirement is to provide complete and adequately cleaned and documented datasets that have been collected through the Centers for Autism and Developmental Disabilities Research and Epidemiology (CADDRE): Study to Explore Early Development (SEED) Information System (CIS). The DCC provides a centralized, web-based, automated workflow system that supports all of the study activities for SEED. The DCC's role will be to facilitate management, access, and use of data for CADDRE investigators and collaborators in order to provide adequately cleaned and documented datasets to the CDC. Consequently, it is believed that Michigan State University (SEED Data Coordingating Center or all SEED sites) is the sole source haveing the capabilities which will meet the above mentioned requirements of the CDC. It is the intent of CDC to award a contract with Michigan State Univeristy if this is found to be true.
