The Government is considering a succeeding lease of ten year term five year firm lease at its current Location in Bemidji, MN. The Government is now Seeking Expressions of Interest for 1,600 USF, 1760 RSF of class A modern office space, located in the Central Business District of Bemidji, MN. A cost benefit analysis will be conducted to assess if it is in the best interest of the Government to remain in the existing space or relocate into new space. In compliance with Federal Laws and Regulations, only properties located in the Central Business District of Bemidji, MN., will be considered.
